Purchase the adjacent 250 acres for future expansion

We hope our village model is so successful that we will need to expand! We have the opportunity to purchase an additional 250 acres adjacent to our current property. Land prices in this region are typically around $1500 USD per acre. With all of the educational, agricultural, and community plans, we will need more space.
